Stargate SG-1 Storyline
Welcome to the Stargate SG-1 storyline. This is a continuation of the show, co-written by Callie and myself. We kind of go over the last two seasons, adding whatever we feel necessary, so if you are a Stargater, this is my disclaimer: there are differences. The same goes for the Atlantis storyline. Feel free to join in on the writing or just read for fun.

Daniel Jackson tilted his head to the side, except it was not the Daniel Jackson she knew. He looked strangely like...Kira turned quickly, taking in the room before looking at his curious glazed over blue eyes. She looked back at him critically. "You're a prior." He looked away and turned to walk from the room. She followed him down a hall. He turned into a room that she recognized as a control room. "It will be easier if you follow my instructions," he said evenly. She folded her arms across her chest, looking him up and down in his white prior's robe. He lifted his head but didn't look back at her and she smiled at his back. "You're certainly the sexiest prior she's ever had." He looked back down at his control station. "Your words will have no affect on me, Dr. Jackson. I am not the man you once knew." "Forgive me if I don't swallow that one." A smile appeared on his lips while he worked.
ReplyDelete*The colonel ran into her halfway down the research wing. "Any luck yet?" Sam asked, falling into step with Kelley. She shook her head. "Nothing yet ma'am. He's still going over that square." Carter's brows creased in a thoughtful expression. "I would've thought he would've found something by now." Callie snorted and nodded. "That makes two of us. Dr. Lee said that he wanted to be thorough and that thorough takes time." "Bill said that?" She cast a sidelong glance at her superior. "More or less." Colonel Carter smiled briefly before patting her shoulder lightly. "We'll find it." She encouraged the lieutenant. "And we'll find Kira...and Daniel." Kelley gave a short nod, a look of determination coming into her eyes. "You bet your bottom dollar we will. And then we'll kick the alien butts that took them."*
Kira looked at the viewer to see they were in hyperspace. "I don't suppose you would like to tell me where we're going." "I don't suppose I would." Kira scrutinized him until he looked at her. "Everything will be explained later, Dr. Jackson." "Who do you think you're playing? I know you, Daniel. You would never willingly become a prior and Adria would only allow you to become a prior if she believed you were genuine." He looked at her curiously before turning away from her. "You are very perceptive." She frowned at his back, not liking that response.
*A brief smile flicked across Colonel Carter's features. "Mitchell's been saying the same thing." Kelley cast a sidelong glance at her CO and friend. "That one doesn't surprise me ma'am." Sam scoffed and nodded. "No, it shouldn't really. He has an issue with any one of us being taken." Callie inclined her head some. "The colonel is very protective. It's one of the things I like most about him." Before Sam could respond, Cam rounded the corner at the far end of the hall. "Speak of the devil." Carter quipped as he waved them down. "Any word from Lee?" Mitchell asked, oblivious to her teasing since he'd been out of earshot. Callie blew out a breath. "He's still working on it, sir. Pretty much kicked me out of the lab..."*
"Daniel, where are we? and don't give me some garbage like 'all will be revealed.' If you're working for Adria I am Princess Ariel. I've known you for the better part of ten years and I know you wouldn't do that unless it was the only way to save Earth." He did not turn around and she put her hands on her hips, narrowing her eyes at his back.
ReplyDelete*Cam arched an eyebrow. "Bugging him that much huh?" Lieutenant Kelley grunted in mild amusement. "Me? Bugging HIM? Why would I do thing like that?" Carter and Mitchell exchanged knowing glances with one another, smiles in their eyes. The colonel glanced at Callie. "It's a bad trait people around here tend to pick up." "Only when people's lives are in danger though." Sam added a bit on the defensive side.*
ReplyDelete"It was an inconvenient incident." Kira frowned at his back.
ReplyDelete"Becoming a prior?"
He turned to look at her with pale blue eyes. "You arriving on this vessel. I had wanted to use the device to prove my allegiance to Earth. I did not intend on your arrival."
Kira looked at him curiously. "This was not what I expected after coming back, Daniel," she said evenly, not exactly resentfully. He blinked at her.
"You went back to save Vala."
She nodded. "And I expected to have a husband when I came back. So what's the plan? How do you expect the SGC to trust you when you look like this?"
He looked at the floor. "Certain sacrifices had to be be made for the greater good."
*The three talked for a few more minutes before breaking off from one another. Colonel Mitchell was needed in the briefing room while Colonel Carter was expected in her lab. That left Lieutenant Kelley to her own devices- a rather dangerous prospect. She walked down the hallway deep in thought, wondering where her best friend was and what was happening to her. Callie knew that her friend could take care of herself but she couldn't help but to worry. After all, they had just lost Daniel and now they had lost Kira- possibly to the same enemy. Kelley shook her head solemnly. She hated being helpless. The universe could throw whatever it wanted at her and she would take it in stride. But these situations were the one thing she couldn't stand- the one thing that unnerved her the most.*
ReplyDeleteKira watched her husband carefully, wondering if he were "still" her husband. had they even gotten married? She had no idea what was going on--they were in hyperspace. She stared at the viewer ahead of them, wondering what he had in mind and even if she should trust him. He was a prior...but he was Daniel. Should she be on guard or not?

ReplyDelete*She didn't know why but she wanted to go to the gym. Maybe it was the built up tension needing an outlet, or maybe it was wishful thinking. Either way, Callie could release her frustration there without hurting anyone other than some imaginary enemy. As she neared though, the lieutenant could tell that she hadn't been the only one with that idea. "Great minds think I alike I see." She quipped to the woman throwing punches at a boxing dummy. "He deserved it." Vala Mal Doran shot back seriously though a slight smile showed in her eyes. "Hope he's ready for more of it." Callie added as she stepped into the gym. She motioned to the dummy. "Mind if I step in?" Vala shook her head, moving aside. "Please..."*
ReplyDeleteDaniel Jackson the prior jumped out of hyperspace and Kira stood up from the floor. She didn't speak at first, assuming he wouldn't answer any of her questions. He turned and began to walk past her. "There is a robe in the cargo bay," he said and she stood to follow him. They entered the room and he pulled it off a peg and gave it to her. "Follow me and do not speak. Make sure your face is covered." She obeyed even though she wondered if she should be trusting him at all.
ReplyDelete*Lieutenant Kelley took up position and started to throw punches at the ribcage and face of the mannequin. Vala stood off to one side, watching with interest. She finally spoke after a small silence. "Has there been any news?" That caused Callie to pause slightly. Her blue eyes flicked over to her friend for a split-second before returning to the task at hand. "Nothing we didn't already know." Each punch she threw seemed to emphasize her every word. "Lee's still working on it." Vala sighed and frowned prettily. "He's not going to find anything."*
ReplyDeleteKira felt like she was in Eyes Wide Shut as she walked beside Daniel into the town. The town's leader approached them and asked their business. As Daniel began his "The Ori bring blessings" speech she zoned out. Underneath her hood she saw a crowd begin to form to listen to him. She knew she would draw their curiosity soon enough.
ReplyDelete*She scoffed and threw another punch at the dummy's face. "My thoughts exactly. If there was something there then he would've already found it." "The security video isn't any help at all either." Vala added absently. Callie shook her head. "Nope."*
ReplyDeleteKira thought how strange the current situation: I am standing next to my husband in a robe while he preaches the benefits of Origin. And I am not certain we are even married. Then that means...it depressed her a little to think she no longer carried a child in her womb...after four months of that and I can't even give birth! she complains to herself. The leader regards Daniel seriously. "Can we have more time to consider your generous offer?" Daniel inclines his head. "We will return on a midsummer's day." He turned and I followed him from the ship. When we were on board again he took my cloak from me. "Now it is only a matter of time." She eyed him suspiciously. "Dare I ask?" He looked at her. "Before SG-1 find us." Kira lifted an eyebrow at him. She covered her face with a hand. "Dare I ask?"
ReplyDelete*The two were finishing up their punching session when Asenath entered the gym. "We are needed in the briefing room." Both women glanced up at the same time. "Did they find something?" Asenath shrugged slightly and shook her head. "I believe it is..." She struggled to find the correct word. "A status report?" The young woman stated questioningly. Callie frowned down at her watch. "That was a quick 2 hours."*
ReplyDeleteAsenath is so cute!! lol
ReplyDeleteDaniel did not answer her question but walked down the hall away from her. She put her hands on her hips and narrowed her eyes after him. But she followed him. He shut a door in her face and this time she pressed her lips together. She knocked. "Last time I checked I could enter my husband's room!" He opened the door almost immediately and frowned at her. "Husband?" She gave him displeased green eyes. He shook his head. "Daniel is not married." She looked at him curiously. "You do know referring to yourself in the third person is the first sign of insanity?" He shut the door again and she rolled her eyes.
Lol That she is.
ReplyDelete*The briefing room was filled with the members of SG-1 by the time the three women entered. Cam, Sam, and Teal'c were already seated at their usual spots while Dr. Lee stood at the end of the table conversing with General Landry. Vala smiled briefly as she took up a spot across from Carter while Asenath took the seat next to her. Lieutenant Kelley was the last to sit down, offering a half-hearted salute to her COs as she did so. She eyed the spots that were typically occupied by Daniel and Kira. Without them there, the table felt off-centered and lop-sided.*
The door opened fifteen minutes later and Daniel/Myrrdin emerged, frowning down at Kira where she sat on the floor next to his door. "There are suitable resting places in the command centre of the vessel." Kira rolled her eyes as she stood to her feet. "trying to be teal'c is not working," she said derisively and he blinked his blue eyes at her. "Prepare to disembark. We are returning to the planet." he turned back around and shut the door as she opened her mouth to question.
ReplyDelete*SG-1 waited for patiently while the General and Dr. Lee finished their conversation. After another moment or so, Landry gave a slight nod to Dr. Lee before turning to face them. The doctor stood silently as he spoke to the team. "I have just been informed by Dr. Lee that a faint trace of radiation was found in the lab where Dr. Burns." His stern blue eyes went to Sam. "Colonel Carter, what have you managed to get from the readings?"*
ReplyDeleteAsenath looked down at the table as Dr. Lee spoke. She had found in the last few months it fairly easy to zone out while he was speaking. She thought of Jonas, of course. Samantha had said something about him returning to SG-1 at some point in the near future. She wondered what it would be like to work with him. She found it difficult enough to encounter him on the base from time to time--but then the difficulty had ended a month ago when she allowed herself to see him on occasion. She knew she was heading down a painful road and Astratet was strangely silent every time he was in their presence. She had not said a word about him for the longest time and many times Asenath wondered what her thoughts were.
ReplyDelete*General Landry listened intently while the colonel explained her findings. It appeared that what little hope they had held out of finding their lost teammates was slowly beginning to grow. By the sounds of it, Colonel Carter had managed to decipher the readings to the point where she could match the signature to a particular planet. "If what these readings are showing is correct," She was finishing up. "Then PRX-876 has to hold a clue to where Kira and possibly Daniel might be."*
ReplyDeleteThe briefing ended and Asenath left the briefing room to prep for their next mission. He's in the mess hall this time of night, Astratet and Asenath started a bit. Her host had not spoken to her in days. It was as though she had been asleep. But Asenath ignored her voice and followed the team to the armory. She had a job to do and she couldn't let emotion, or her host, get in the way of that.
ReplyDelete*Everything went quickly once SG-1 entered the armory. It took them a mere 10 minutes to get suited up and check their weapons. During that time, Vala had kept one eye on Asenath. Her motherly instincts told her that something was off but she hadn't said as much to the younger woman. Vala wanted to chalk it up to Daniel's, and now Kira's, noticeable absence. However, there seemed to be more to it. "Time to get this party started." Cameron quipped sardonically, slapping a clip into his M-16 and interrupting Vala's thoughts. He started towards the door and the rest of SG-1 followed with Vala decidedly bringing up the rear along with Asenath and Lieutenant Kelley. "A dradma for your thoughts?" She whispered to Asenath en route to the gateroom.*
ReplyDeleteAsenath frowned at her. She didn't like to think about anything except the mission during a mission. She was easily distracted and found it best not to think of anything personal. "i'm fine," she said as she looked straight forward. "Hmm, okay now the truth." I don't know what you're talking about, Vala. Let's focus on the mission and we'll talk about this later." She walked ahead of her and Vala lifted an eyebrow after her before lifting a finger. "Hey, that was a brushoff!" Cameron smiled at her. "Thought you'd be used to them by now, Mal Doran." She gave him prim green eyes as she lifted her chin. "Someone like you told me about them." She walked ahead, somehow managing to shake her toosh. "Ha!" Cameron pointed a finger after her. "I'll get you back for that one!"
ReplyDelete*"Good luck with that, sir." Callie offered with a grin. The colonel cast a sidelong glance at her. "Oh ye of little faith." "If you say so, sir. I remember Daniel making a threat like that to her a while back." She gave him a bemused look. "Still haven't seen the come back from him." Cam nodded slowly, a slight gleam in his eye. "That's because it's Jackson. Come-backs are my specialty."*
ReplyDeleteKira followed Daniel into the town, having a bad feeling about this trip. She had learned to follow her instincts. They walked a good mile before the town's walls came into view. She looked at Daniel's face to find it expressionless. She didn't think that color of white looked good on him at all. She despised nothing more than the Ori and their Priors and now to see her Daniel looking like one made her stomach tighten a little.
ReplyDelete*The lieutenant rolled her eyes and shook her head. "THAT I've gotta see." He shot her a brief smile as they rounded the corner into the gateroom. SG-1 took their place at the bottom of the ramp and waited for their cue. Cam lifted his eyes to where the General stood in the control room. General Landry leaned forward slightly and spoke into the mike. "Ready Colonel?" "As ready as can be sir." Mitchell responded quickly. A small nod preceded Landry's next words. "Then you have a go."*
